OOTD: Take me out of here

As I told you the other day, I'm doing an exam again these days. Also I'm still feeling a little sick and by now I'm almost sure that it won't just pass by. Something tels me, that I'll be in my bed as soon as I hand my paper in. Today I really had to clear my head with some fresh air so I walked to the store with my boyfriend. There's nothing like exams that makes you want to put on a little lipstick just to go to the store to get bread. So that what I did today!

Dress - Carmakoma / Belt - Zizzi / Tights - H&M+
 Boots - Roots / Bag - Erbs & Bjerke
Kjolen fra Carmakoma er perfekt til eksamensskriverier, for den er virkelig hyggelig og behagelig at have på. Tasken har jeg fået af mine dejlige forældre i julegave.

The dress from Carmakoma is perfect for writing exams - so comfortable and cozy! My wonderful parents gave me the bag for Christmas.

Rings - Spinning and Skagen. I got the ring with the small dots on the right for Christmas from my sister.
These two rings was an "after Christmas"-presten from me to me.
The scarf is my Christmas present from my Scottish family.

OOTD: New glitter

Yesterday I told you that I started a "no shopping"-period after buying a shirt and the blazer and sequin-jumper on the photos. I haven't decided how long the period will be, but I'm counting on all of November. I guess it'll be a long month!

I wore this yesterday because I felt like celebrating that is was almost weekend. I don't really have any plans, but I'm working Sunday and I will be studying too. I like weekends without too many plans!

Blazer - Nanna XL / Jumper - Cassiopeia / Jeans - ZJ
Boots - Roots / Scarf - Bit'avant

Hvad skal du i weekenden? Og hvad er dit bedste shoppe-stop tip?
What are you doing this weekend? And what is your best "no shopping"-tip?

Plus Size Outfit Day: Get ready for Saturday Night

It's the last Monday of October and that also means that it's time for yet another "Plus Size Outfit Day". If you don't know what it's all about you can read more about it here. The theme of the month is "Get ready for Saturday Night". Right away I thought that the theme was really fun, but I was also really split; I could show you how I get ready for my usual Saturday nights. Or I could show you how I get ready for unusual but more festive Saturday nights. Then I decided to do a bit of both.

No matter how my Saturday night will be spend it pretty much begins the same way; when it's weekend and when I have time I like to spoil myself  a bit with a nice facial mask and by making myself feel soft and comfortable - for example by shaving my legs and using tons of lotion afterwards!

After that two things can happen. Either I stay at home and relax a lot or I go out. Let's start with the stay at home edition. It doesn't really need any explanation, just have a look:

The go out edition has a lot of pictures in it, so hold on tight:

If I am planning on red lips I'll start off with this Prep+Prime stick from MAC. It makes it all stay longer - and we like that when it comes to lipstick. It needs to stay on for a few minutes before you put anything on top of it, so before I go on with the lips I'll do other things like:

... putting on foundation, eyeshadow and stuff like that....

... concentrating on putting on my eye-liner. This one is from Maybelline and I love it!

... concentrating even harder on putting on mascara. I look like an idiot, but what's the point on posing for a photo like this, when everyone know, that you have to look like this if you want to be authentic?

Now I can go on with my lips. Next step: Lip liner. I'm actually going to colour the entire lip with this little beauty to make the final result last longer.

Who said putting on make-up should look good? At least I got a good laugh out of it, when I realized how stupid I looked!

I apply the lipstick with a pencil and end it all off by "biting" on a peace of toilet paper. Voila!

OOTD: I blame it on the time

As soon as I saw these pictures I told my boyfriend that he could've told me that my hair looked kind of weird and that my earring turned upside down. One could argue that I could have looked in the mirror before I asked him to take the pictures, but... I guess I didn't feel like I had the time. We were just about to go to the theatre and just wanted to take a few, quick pictures. Guess it went a little too quick.

Anyway! Here's what I wore Thursday:

Cardigan - Zhenzi / Shirt - Nanna XL / Jeans - H&M+
Scarf - Bit'avant / Boots - Roots

OOTD: Ordinary sparkles

I actually just realized, when I told my boyfriend that I wanted him to take pictures of the outfit that I'm wearing today, that my last three (including this) outfit posts are pretty much the same outfit but with different components. What I'm wearing today is also the same - but it's just so comfortable and perfect for autumn. I haven't done any photos of todays outfit yet, since I figured I'm just repeating the same thing in different colours... Anyway! Today I'm wearing cobolt blue and I'm crazy about that colour, so maybe you'll get "bodycon and comfy jumper"-outfit number four one of these days.

Scarf - Bit'avant / Blouse - Zay / Dress (uncerneath) - H&M
Tights - H&M+ / Boots - Roots
I wore this last thursday. I was going to a lecture but was also going for dinner and the theatre later, so the sparkles seemed like a perfect "from day to night" piece.

New in: Hey! I put some new shoes on.

For the last month I've been looking after a pair of black, flat shoes that would play the part as "inbetween summer and winter"-shoes without being boot-boots and without being sneakers. I love my allstars, but they don't excactly compliment every outfit to be honest. Also.. These are a little warmer and just... well... lovely.

I went hunting when payday arrived and I fell for these pretty much right away. Now they're my prize for at few crazy working weeks of my summer.
